Harley -Davidson has ideas of introducing more bikes in Indian cities within next year. At present Harley has good market in Indian market and plans to introduce some 12 more bikes. The fifth dealership will be introduced by Harley in Bangalore market and the response will be seen.
Other major cities will have to wait for January 2011 for new models from Harley-Davidson. The first dealer network by Harley-Davidson was done in Mumbai in Bandra says managing director Anup Prakash. The companies presence can be seen in some cities like Chandigarh,Delhi,Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Some 12 different models have already introduced in the markets of India at present and Harley is stable. Depending on the response Harley -Davidson will bring out more models for the Indian market. The best market of Harley -Davidson is in the Asian countries and mainly the market of Japan. Japan is known for its heavy duty leisure riding motorcycles so,Harley-Davidson has ideas of introducing some more models.
