When we guide our children to choose a profession for them, the prime thing that we keep in mind is their skills and passion. If they have inclination or high passion towards any profession, then it would best to allow and guide them to follow their interest. If the kids do not show much interest in any field and are little confused on what to pursue, then depending upon the efficiency of the children, we may decide to show them professions like medicine, engineering etc. Other than these, if we own a business , then we would want our children to take over the business from us and we would help them acquire academic degree in management. Or they may be willing to take some courses in arts or science. Then they can pursue law, if they are keen on.
