India and China have a big role in climate change

Many countries have taken their steps to take control over global warming. A report from the Dutch environment report has announced the high rate of CO2 in India and China. Dutch environment report the reason of high growth of India and China has created the carbon emissions. Though many rich countries have done their part to reduce the CO2 through changing their lifestyles. India and China have nullified the total effects of the west nations by emitting more CO2.

During the year 2009, the global had a constant emission of CO2 all around the world. Even though the economic growth of many countries was slow during the year 2009.But the carbon emissions around the world remained the same despite of the recession. The Netherlands environment assessment agency (PBL) announced the report about emission of carbon during 2009.PBL reported the sudden increase of carbon emission by China which outstood the America in the year 2006.

PBL agency announced China to be the largest polluter of the world due to its CO2 emission. At present for the year 2009, the trend includes both India and China as the world’s largest polluter. The developing countries are fast
developing and the carbon emissions are even fast growing. Both India and China have joined hands to nullify the total efforts which are put by the industrialized countries.US have taken a pledge legally to reduce the emission
by 5.2% within the year 2012 over the year 1990 year.
