Traveling is a good thing. It shows us many things. It shows us the world in true colors. It tells us many things that we need to learn. We learn about different people. We learn about different cultures. We learn about different languages. All these learnings are windows to a new world. A new world that we may never get to see unless we tried to travel.
That is why travel is a big business today. It has always been a big business. It was just that people did not have the wherewithal before and we all have enough of travel wherewithal now.
But suppose you cannot travel far. But, you can travel relatively locally. Does it help? I would say that it also helps. Any travel helps is my position. Even if you were to take travel trailers and traveled to a nearby town, it still helps. It still helps to broaden your mind. It still makes you wonder. It still moves you away from your comfort zone and pushes you into a zone where you have to learn from the beginning. Where all your current knowledge may not really help.
When you get into that kind of a position, you know that traveling is well worth it.
