Children are used to a very busy school life. They have their regular classes, then there is special classes, games classes, classes for extra curricular activities, etc. They have their homework to be completed and in a day, have very less time for play and amusements. Hence, when they have vacation time, they are very thrilled in the initial days, but get bored very soon.
Addicted to very busy life, they cannot keep their body and mind idle. Taking that into account, there are various vacation programs that are being arranged for the children. They get engaged in activities of their interest like dance, music, arts, painting, drawing, computers, games etc. There are even summer camps being held for children, where they teach children to do some crafts work like greeting cards, mini business cards, postcards, stitching work, embroidery work on the pillow covers, sofa covers etc.
Mostly parents plan their annual tours when it is vacation time for their children, as that may give the children a refreshing and exciting experience altogether. Taking them to a new environment can rejuvenate them like the way it rejuvenates the elders. It can also give time for them to bond with their parents well.
