Why some people prefer one kind of vodka over any other brand of vodka? All though most of the vodka is colorless and tasteless some prefer one particular vodka. The reason for preferring particular vodka is because of its internal structure say scientists. Vodka is very popular drink among high end people especially the liquor popularity lays in its chemical internal structure. All Vodka combination is mostly contains 40% of pure ethanol and 60 % pure water.
The taste of vodka is some undetectable taste of these two solutions very mildly. The new vodka brand in the present generation has really created confusion among the scientists. Scientists at the University of Cincinnati which is in Ohio studied why the demand of vodka increased in the recent years. The team had some more scientists from the Moscow University also. Among five popular vodka brands was being taken for the study and was being analyzed by the researchers.
The researchers came out with the reason; the reason was certain molecular clusters in the liquid were differently distributed. The vodka structure may sometime get watery because the proportion of water may be high. Some vodka brands had the clusters of ethanol molecules surrounded by the water molecules. When the vodka has 40% alcohol presence the balance of the vodka becomes exact and an alcohol molecule dominates the water molecules. At present the cluster of both water and alcohol clusters are equally formed.
