As the corporates are recovering from the recession, the unemployment crisis in US caused by recession is recovering too. But the recovery is at a very slow pace.
The US government has advised the US corporates that outsource their BPO and other serives to the developing nations like India and China to look at providing job opportunities to their own natives.
They would likely reduce outsourcing services to other countries and weigh possibilities of creating job opportunities for the Americans. But the fact remains that it would cost the corporates more. It was a win-win scenarios for both the outsourcing and the outsourced company cotributed by the exchange rate of dollor currency to currency of developing nations.
The cut in outsourcing projects would also affect the nations like India and China adversely, since a large number of companies are merely dependent on these offshore projects. The reduction of projects had a great impact in their markets.
