Eat slowly and get rid of calories

When our mothers used to ask the children to eat food slowly we would refuse. But now researchers have the evidence for that method of eating slowly. The people who wolf their food will find putting up more calories. The effect of eating fast results in the quicker ingestion on hormones the study says.

The researches gave the same flavor of ice cream to volunteers. Those ate the ice cream slowly for 30 minutes felt the hormones released fully. Those who finished within 5 minutes felt differently and heavy intake of food. The volunteers blood test were taken and the samples for insulin was measured before and after consumption. The slow condition eating people had hormones that contained Glucagons and felt full.

The release of this hormone results in a fullness or satiety which means you will consume less. Those ate fast, the percent of calories were more and the fullness was not seen. Gobbled food also resulted in over weight and it also triples the risk from other diseases . So start eating slowly and increase the fullness and thus reduce your calorie intake. Stay thinner by eating slower and stay fat by eating fast.
