How many time have you made reasons not to attend your health programs. We always crib about the hectic schedules that we have, the next to impossible deadlines that we have to meet, and the huge target that we will have to make. In the midst of all this,we just forget one thing – our health.

We blame our lifestyle, conveniently forgetting that, we are the ones who created such lifestyles. There is always time to go for that morning walk, do few exercises, take proper food. It has become more of a habit to skip food. And we skip breakfast, we are doing harm to your own body.

All we need to do is to plan our day to day activities properly. Meticulously following the timetable would ensure that it gives us time both for work and personal care.
